| Performance | JDM Engineering/NVH 5.4L Lightning short block @ .020 over including, JDM steel forged crankshaft, JDM/Manley file to fit spec rings/bearings, JDM/Manley H beam rods, titanium retainers, 60lb injectors, fuel rails, Walboro 255 fuel pumps (2), high volume oil pump, SFI harmonic balancer, JDM Comp cams, NGK tr6 plugs, SCT Mass Air 2400, JDM/Manley forged pistons, 9:1 compression w/ .150" tool steel wrist pins, ARP main studs. Sonic tested, fully blue printed and balanced to handle up to 1000 hp. Comp cams, 5 axes milled and polished Lightning heads. Polished W140ax Whipple Supercharger (largest displacement screw compressor available for Gen II Lightning), w/3.5 upper pulley. Tuned by JDM Engineering w/SCT XCalibrator II. Metco interchangeable +4/6 LB crankshaft pulley system, billet idler pulley assembly, billet belt pulley's (2), Metco drive shaft loop, Metco billet crankcase breather. Accufab billet single blade throttle body. Bassani stainless steel cat back exhaust system, Bassani stainless steel long tubes with high flow cats. Prototype - Chickenear’s Cool-Aid forced air intake system (RAM) w/polished up tube, custom 4 inch polished intake tube, S & B 12-inch custom air filter. Fluidyne triple core heat exchanger. Nitrous Express 100-shot (bottle removed for street). 4R100 transmission rebuilt with Art Carr Race Transmission components to handle up to 1000 hp, 2800 stall, deep transpan, and race valve body.
